Vitamin C powder in the buffered form of magnesium ascorbate is suitable for people who have difficulty swallowing ascorbic acid. Because magnesium ascorbate is less acidic than ascorbic acid, it causes virtually no gastrointestinal discomfort. Therefore, if a higher vitamin C intake is desired, a non-acidic form such as magnesium ascorbate is best chosen. This product also has the advantage of containing 130 mg of magnesium per scoop, which can be helpful if magnesium supplementation is also required. Vitamin C powder is also suitable for adults or children who have difficulty swallowing tablets. Magnesium ascorbate (deacidified form of Vitamin C).This product is guaranteed free from: soy, lactose, gluten, fillers, preservatives and synthetic fragrances, colours and flavours.
This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and is GMO free.
Usage of Vitals Vitamine C Poeder Magnesiumascorbaat:
Take 1/2 or 1 level scoop (approx. 2.3 grams) per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.with a meal.
You mix the powder with water or another liquid.
Stick to the recommended dosage.
Warning:
Kidney patients should not take more than 200 mg of Vitamin C per day because of, among other things, the risk of hyperoxalemia (too high a concentration of oxalic acid in the blood).
Magnesium may have a laxative effect; if necessary, supplement this product with Calcium Ascorbate to achieve the desired Vitamin C dosage.
