Vitals Every Day Mama, a carefully designed multivitamin for women hoping to conceive, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women. These are important periods during which you want to optimally support the health of the mother, but especially that of the baby!This multi contains the most important nutrients in the correct proportions and dosages according to the latest scientific insights. Vitals has also paid attention to using only highly absorbable compounds.
The Vitamin A is derived from beta-carotene. With this form, the body will never convert more beta-carotene into Vitamin A than it needs, and this will therefore not lead to an excessively high Vitamin A level.

Usage of Vitals Elke Dag Mama:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
