L-Tryptophan is an amino acid. It is found in foods such as cottage cheese, turkey, chicken, chicken liver, tofu, salmon, almonds, peanuts, walnuts, bananas, pineapple, milk, honey, and wheat bread.Orthica L-Tryptophan-400 contains vitamin B6 for mood.
Composition of Orthica L-Tryptofaan-400:
Each capsule (= daily dose) contains:L-Tryptophan 400 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 2.5 mg
Ingredients of Orthica L-Tryptofaan-400:
L-Tryptophan, gelatin, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), pyridoxal-5-phosphate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).This product is free from: yeast, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colours, fragrances and flavours.
Usage of Orthica L-Tryptofaan-400:
Take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take 30-45 minutes before bedtime.
