The Multi Vegan contains, among other things, per daily dose: 200 mg calcium, 13 mg organically bound iron, 50 mcg active vitamin B12, 10 mg organically bound zinc, 25 mcg vegan vitamin D3 from algae, 100 mg choline, and 150 mcg iodine. This Multi also contains active vitamin B6.

Usage of Orthica Multi Vegan:
