Plant extracts: lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), oats (Avena sativa), passion flower (Passiflora incarnata), hops (Humulus lupulus), valerian (Valeriana officinalis); bulking agent (mannitol); firming agent (acacia, silica); potato starch; magnesium stearate; essential oils of hops and lemon balm.Usage of A.Vogel Nachtrust Tabletten:
Take 2 tablets with water half an hour before bedtime. The dosage can be adjusted to a maximum of 4 tablets per day as needed.The tablets are also suitable for children aged 6 to 12 years, for whom a maximum of 2 tablets per day applies.
