What does this multivitamin supplement support?
As mentioned, Multi Prena Fem contains folic acid and vitamin D. Also special is the presence of DHA (from fish oil) to support the unborn child's brain function. A daily intake of 200 mg of DHA, in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, contributes to normal eye development in the fetus and breastfed infants. Vitamin D is important for bone composition and benefits their immune system.

Usage of Orthica Multi Prena Fem:
Take 2 softgels daily during pregnancy and breastfeeding, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.To prepare for pregnancy, take 1 softgel per day.
Not suitable for children under 10 years.
Preferably take during or after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
