Use of Alka Alka Mineralenzout:
The basic bathEnjoy the alkalizing effect of Alka Mineral Salt with a warm bath. Fill your bath with water. A good water temperature is between 36-39 degrees Celsius. Once filled, add 3 scoops of Alka Mineral Salt. Stir well by hand so the bath salts dissolve evenly. To ensure the deep-draining effect works effectively, we recommend a bath time of 30-60 minutes or longer. Brush your skin regularly during your bath to remove toxins and stimulate blood circulation. After your bath, gently pat your body dry with a towel. Your skin will feel soft again thanks to the production of subcutaneous fat.
The basic foot and hand bath
Fill your foot and hand bath with warm water (36-39 degrees Celsius). Once filled, add 1 scoop of Alka Mineral Salt. Stir gently by hand for a smooth solution. Enjoy the foot and hand bath for 20-30 minutes or longer. Brush your hands and feet regularly to remove toxins and stimulate blood circulation. Wonderful after a long day at work, walking, or before bed.
The basic shower
Take a warm shower and cleanse your body with soap. After rinsing, rub your body with Alka Mineral Salt. Take a small amount in your palm and massage your body or parts of it. Then rinse briefly with warm water and let your body dry as much as possible. Feel revitalized and relaxed.

Use Alka Mineral Salt for baby and child care as well. Add 1 scoop per 30 liters of water to a children's bath filled with water at 37 degrees Celsius and stir with your hand for a smooth solution.
