This synbiotic combines carefully selected bacterial strains with fermentable FOS fibers (fructo-oligosaccharides) in a single formula.Each daily dose delivers 15 billion live bacteria. The amount of bacteria is standardized so that you can count on a consistent and predictable intake. Additionally, the formula contains 372 mg of FOS fibers. These fermentable fibers reach the large intestine undigested, where they serve as a food source for bacteria.

Use of Vitakruid Symflora Mama:
Take 1 sachet per day, unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional.Preferably take in the morning on an empty stomach, dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of lukewarm water.
Stir it well and let the mixture stand for 1 minute.
Take Symflora® Mama as soon as it is completely dissolved.
Then wait 30 minutes before eating anything.
In addition, drink enough water throughout the day.
