Cruydhof Silicic Acid Plus contains silicic acid derived from bamboo extract.Biotin and Selenium have been added to this; these contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. Biotin also helps nourish the skin from within and is beneficial for the mucous membranes. Additionally, Selenium is good for the nails and has an antioxidant effect.
Composition of De Cruydhof Kiezelzuur Plus 25 mg:
Each 4 capsules contain:Bamboo extract 668 mg
- of which silicic acid 500 mg (silicon/silicea)
Biotin 120 mcg
Selenium (methionine) 110 mcg

Bamboo (Bambusa arundinacea) extract, glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), L-selenomethionine, stone-ground brown rice flour, anti-caking agent (magnesium salt of fatty acids), d-biotin.Usage of De Cruydhof Kiezelzuur Plus 25 mg:
You take 1-2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during or immediately after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
