Usage of Kala Health Natuurlijke Dagelijks Multi:
You take 1 capsule per day (adults), unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Dosage for children (from 1 year): The dosage can be adjusted according to body weight. Calculate the pediatric dosage based on 1 capsule per 70 kg body weight. For example:
Child of 10 kg: approximately 1/7 capsule per day
Child of 20 kg: approximately 1/4 capsule per day
Child of 35 kg: approximately 1/2 capsule per day
