Alka Drops is an alkaline mineral concentrate (alkaline is the opposite of acid). Adding the drops to drinking water creates alkaline water with zinc. Drinking alkaline water ensures additional production of sodium bicarbonate. Sodium bicarbonate is an essential acid buffer of the body. Zinc supports a healthy acid-base balance. The bottle consists of 55 ml, which is about 1,500 drops.Composition of Alka Alka Zuur-Base Druppels:
Active ingredients per daily dose (16 drops):Zinc (from zinc gluconate) 2 mg

Use of Alka Alka Zuur-Base Druppels:
The recommended daily dose is 1 glass of water with 4 drops 4 times a day on as empty a stomach as possible.1. Fill a glass with 250 ml of tap water
2. Shake the bottle of Alka Acid-base drops before use. Unscrew the cap of the bottle and, by gently pressing the bottle, add 4 drops to the glass of water.
3. Stir briefly and then empty the glass within a minute.
