The bacteria are very sensitive to environmental influences and are therefore packed in a special capsule (DRcaps) that protect against stomach acid. The special DRcaps protects the contents of the capsules up to the intestine, where the bacteria are released and this increases their chances of survival. To further increase the chances of survival, each capsule contains many billions of germs at the time of production. As a result, you can count on a minimum of 5 billion viable bacteria per capsule during the entire shelf life. Thanks to its favorable properties, you can simply store Bacteri 8 Senior at room temperature and take the capsules with you wherever you go.

Usage of Bonusan Bacteri 8 Senior:

You take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.
Preferably take at least 1 hour before a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Gas formation and / or cramps may occur when using bacterial strains or fibers. This harmless phenomenon means that the bacteria have reached the gut alive and are starting to ferment. Over time (usually a week) the body adapts and these symptoms diminish or disappear. In case of complaints, it may be useful to reduce the initial dose during the first two weeks to half the recommended dose.
