Fermented Rhodiola by Living Nutrition is a natural food supplement, based on fermented Rhodiola. Pure nature and 100% organic. Rhodiola is often used as a traditional herb because of its adaptogenic effects. By fermenting Rhodiola, Living Nutrition has developed this herb naturally into a superior supplement with higher bioavailability. This allows our body to absorb this supplement better than usual dried Rhodiola.

You take 2 capsules daily, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.
