Lucovitaal's Super Fish Oil Omega 3 contains not only a high dose of Omega 3, but also Omega 6 and Vitamin E. The Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are good for the heart (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA).
