Ingredients of Sleepzz - Shiepz Melatonine Time Release 0,1 mg:

Filler (cellulose), thickener (hydroxypropyl cellulose), fully hydrogenated cottonseed oil, sweetener (isomalt), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), melatonin.

This product does not contain any artificial fragrances, colors, or flavors, nor does it contain preservatives.

Use of Sleepzz - Shiepz Melatonine Time Release 0,1 mg:

Take 1-2 tablets per day as needed, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Preferably, take them at a consistent time. Swallow the tablets whole with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
