Usage of Bonusan Creatine Monohydraat Poeder:

Take one or two measuring spoons (= app. 2-4 grams) a day during or immediately after a meal. Take with fruit juice or another carbohydrate-rich drink. Begin with taking 10 measuring spoons (= app. 20 grams) a day for 5 days, spread evenly throughout the day. Then take 4 measuring spoons (= app. 8 grams) a day for 5 consecutive days, and then one or two measuring spoons (= app. 2 grams) a day for the next 5 days. Increase dosage if necessary. One level measuring spoon supplies app. 2 grams of creatine monohydrate. A measuring spoon is included. Do not use before undergoing a renal function test, as the use of creatine can influence the test.
