Usage of Bonusan Cynara Zingiber extract:

Take 1 capsule twice a day during or immediately after a meal. Cynara-Zingiber extract is generally very easily tolerated. Mild stomach complaints could occur if the extract is taken on an empty stomach; taking it during a meal resolves the complaints. Capsule may be opened if experiencing difficulties with swallowing.
